The management and protection of the personal data of the visitor/user of the Network's services are subject to the terms of this section, as well as the relevant provisions of Greek law (Law 2472/1997 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data, as supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Data Protection Authority, Presidential Decrees 207/1998 and 79/2000, and Article 8 of Law 2819/2000), and European law (Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC). These terms are formulated considering both the rapid development of technology, particularly the Internet, and the existing—though not fully developed—framework of legal regulations regarding these matters. Any future related regulation will be part of this section. In any case, the Network reserves the right to change the terms of personal data protection after informing visitors/users within the existing or potential legal framework. If any visitor/user does not agree with the terms of personal data protection stipulated in this section, they must not use the Network's services.

The Network includes links ("links") to other websites which are not controlled by it but by third parties (natural or legal persons). In no case is the Network responsible for the Personal Data Protection Terms followed by these websites.
IP Addresses
The IP address through which the user's computer has access to the Internet and subsequently to the Network is used exclusively for gathering statistical data.
General terms of personal data protection
The Network preserves the personal nature of your data and cannot transfer it to any third party (natural or legal person) for any reason except under relevant legal provisions and only to the competent authorities.
The Network maintains records of personal data sent by the visitor/user solely for communication, financial, and tax purposes.
The visitor/user can contact the relevant department to verify the existence of their personal file, to correct, change, or delete it.
Visitors/users of the Network who are minors have access to the Network's services only with the consent of their parents or guardians, and they are not required to submit their personal data. If such data is submitted by minors, the Network deletes the relevant information.
The Network, particularly the marketing department, may process part or all of the data you have sent for statistical, financial, and service improvement purposes.
